  • Empire // Spirits Glass Bottle Competition held by Vetrerie Bruni Spa, Milan (Italy) and involving designer all around the world. Designers were required to create innovative shapes with glass.

    Mirko Bressan ranked 1st presenting “Empire” project, a bottle for spirit inspired by the shape of the "Art Deco" skyscraper.
    The project was produced by Vetrerie Bruni Spa, and published in Ottagono Design Magazine.

  • Helix Timepieces // Total Brand Creation Launched in 2008, Helix is a new sport fashion watch brand from Callanen International, Timex Group NYC.

    The Helix brand commitment to the consumer is the product’s authentic technical performance features, attention to detail, and spirit of exploration. Helix watches will be introduced as theme-based chapters of exploration with the launch being called the "Scuba Chapter", representing underwater exploration.

    The design direction for the first collection drew inspiration from underwater exploration also in branding and POP materials.

  • Helix Timepieces // Octo Deep Black Launched in 2008, Helix is a new sport fashion watch brand from Callanen International, Timex Group NYC.

    Using a combination of fine watch engineering, the Okto Deep Black combines a solid case construction with an extra thick sapphire crystal to withstand both the water’s pressure and getting banged around.
    The watch is tested and certified to be water-tight and resistant to 1.000 meters (3281 ft/100 ATM) according to the ISO 6425 Technical Diver’s Watch Standard.

    The design direction for the second collection called “Space Chapter” drew inspiration from the world of Sci-fi movies.

  • Bulgari // Diagono Complication Moonphase Dial design on cal.BVL 347, the first Bulgari patented movement.

    Limited edition of 300 pcs, the 42mm case made from brushed and polished 18K rose gold, a bezel engraved with the iconic Bulgari-Bulgari signature, and an intricate dial that showcases multiple textures and polished and faceted indexes.

    The watch displays the moon phase on an oscillating disk that indicates the lunar phases along the arc of a crescent showing five positions.
    The moon's daily journey is marked by the movement of a hand that jumps once a day as it follows the crescent and indicates the successive waxing and waning of the moon over a complete cycle.

  • Bulgari // Diagono Calibro 303 Designed to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of Diagono line, the dial of "Calibro 303" perfectly represents the new trend adopted by this collection.

    The distinctive duo-tone dial look is created on the manufactured movement, Caliber BVL303 with automatic winding and date, composed by 303 parts with an integrated chronograph with column wheel mechanism.
    The multi-level dial design is made up of 3 main layers with different types of finishing: a metal base with “Cotè de Geneve” decoration; an upper anthracite level with vertical treatment; supplemental counters finished with circular trim; faceted, luminescent, and faceted hand-applied indexes.

  • Bulgari // Diagono Complication Tourbillon Dial design for a limited edition of 30 pieces.
    The base layer of the dial is engraved with a sun-ray guilloche pattern on dial background focusing the attention to the tourbillon cage.

    The polished facet minute index and the printed seconds tracking are positioned on a circular brush-finished applied part with chamfered and polished edges.

  • Bulgari // Diagono X-Pro GMT The Bulgari Diagono X-Pro is a 45mm GMT chronograph indicating three different time zones simultaneously through the combined use of arrow hands, a two-tone day/night dial inner ring and a bidirectional 24-hour marked revolving bezel.

    Using a combination of light-weight Titanium Grade 5, steel with DLC coating and rubber, the case design is made by 104 components. The design are focused on a restyling of the traditional hinges connection characteristic on the historical Diagono line, adding the innovative solution of a 7° rotating lugs to fit different wrist size and giving an ergonomically comfort for a sporty XL watch.

    The sapphire black glossy dial is designed on the BVL312 GMT movement, the hour-markers are printed on the front side with white Superluminova C1 and the rest of the details are printed on the reverse side giving a tridimensional effect.
